Ceasefire line | Israel explodes landmine field near the occupied Golan
Israel detonated a landmine field near the line of ceasefire in the Syrian Golan.
The smoke of the explosions rose near Sahita village in Al-Qonaitara countryside, where Israel works on removing the landmines in the area to advance.
On January 3, Israel detonated an old landmine field at the borders between Al-Qonaitara and the occupied Golan.
While in November 11, Israeli forces advanced pass the line on the western of Ain Al-Taina town over Al-Shaikh mountain in Syria, to establish a road in Syria adjacent to the borders all the way to Harsh Abo Shabta western of Al-Horiya town in northern Al-Qonaitara countryside.
Israeli forces were accompanied by over ten bulldozers and military armoured vehicles.
