Ongoing negotiations about al-Zabadani City and the towns of around it and the towns of Kafrayya and al-Fou’aa and fighters refuse the agreement

The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights received Information reported that it is scheduled to take start tomorrow morning Wednesday, the cease-fire decision for a period of 48 hours in each of al-Zabadani, Madaya, Beqin in Rif Dimashq and Kafrayya and al-Fou’aa in the countryside of Idlib, that the negotiations continue between the Iranian delegations and Hezbollah in one hand and the local al-Zabadani fighters and the fighters of the factions in the other hand about two fundamental items stipulate to provide buses to carry the fighters of the Islamic Movement of Ahrar al-Sham to areas outside al-Zabadani town, and the inter of humanitarian aid and food to Kafrayya and al-Fou’aa, amid the refusal of some fighters to get out of al-Zabadani, also information reported that the Iran threatened one of the regional countries that in case of Al-Nusra Front fighters and the Islamic factions fighters were to take control of Kafrayya and al-Fou’aa, and the civilians are kill there, they will destroy the surrounding towns of Kafrayya and al- Fou’aa by ground-to-ground missiles which are in Syria.
