Al-Hawl camp | Asayish arrests four ISIS women for escape attempt

Al-Hasakah province: A patrol of Internal Security Forces arrested four ISIS women after trying to escape from Al-Hawl camp in the early hours of Tuesday morning.

According to Syrian Observatory activists, an exchange of fire was heard at 2:00 pm between “Asayish” and a group of smugglers, taking advantage of the climatic atmosphere and rainfall. The smugglers fled, while the women were arrested.

It is worth noting that some smugglers are helping ISIS families inside Al-Hawl camp to escape, taking advantage of the foggy weather in exchange for money.

On January 29, SDF security forces arrested six members of Internal Security Forces “Asayish” who are working in Al-Hawl camp in the eastern countryside of Al-Hasakah.

The arrestees are accused of complicity and facilitating the smuggling of ISIS families from the camp in exchange for huge sums of money.
