Third case in 2023 | Residents find abandoned newborn girl in regime areas in Daraa

Daraa province: Residents found a newborn baby, who was abandoned by her parents for unknown reasons, where she was found at the entrance of Al-Bassil garden in Al-Kashif neighbourhood in Daraa city.

It is worth noting that this is the third case in regime-held areas in 2023.

Yesterday, residents found a newborn baby abandoned by his parents for unknown reasons, where he was found inside a cardboard box and dumped at the side of the road in Al-Suwaydaa city.

This comes in light of the increasing child abandonment cases due to illegal relationships and dire economic and living conditions
