To strengthen presence | US forces conduct routine patrol in Al-Hasakah
US forces have conducted a military patrol comprising three armoured vehicles, accompanied by an SDF military vehicle, that set off from Al-Malkiyah base and passed by several villages such as Tel Kojar and Al-Yaaribiyah in eastern Al-Qamishly countryside.
Moreover, the soldiers took memorial pictures with children of Tel Zuwaian village that is 13 kilometres north eastern of borders between Syria and Turkey.
This comes in light of the plans of the International Coalition to strengthen its presence in north eastern of Syria, where on January 28, SOHR activists monitored a military patrol of the International Coalition in a scouting mission.
The patrol comprised four US armoured vehicles that set off from Al-Omar oil field to the river crossings towards the eastern countryside of Al-Zawiyah neighbourhood in Zaiban town, before heading to Hawayj Zaiban town in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, coinciding with the flight of scouting drones over the region.
