Syrian casualties in Turkey | Bodies of 120 Syrians brought through border crossings from Turkey

The number of casualties as a result of the earthquake was not only limited to 3,135 Syrian people inside Syria as a primary death toll, but the catastrophic earthquake claimed the lives of Syrians in their refuge, where hundreds of Syrian refugees in Turkey have died and at least 120 bodies of Syrian people were brought through Bab Al-Hawa and Al-Hamam crossings in Jinderes and Jarablus during the past few hours.

According to reliable SOHR sources, nearly 18 people of the casualties are from Al-Raqqa, Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) and Manbij city eastern of Aleppo, where their bodies were brought on two batches to areas held by the Military Manbij Council through Awn Al-Dadat crossing.

A few hours ago, the bodies of six Syrian people, who died due to the earthquake in Turkey, were brought to Azr neighbourhood in Manbij city in eastern Aleppo countryside, through Awn Al-Dadat crossing, where all of them hail from Manbij city.

It is worth noting that the process of sending bodies from Turkey through Awn Al-Dadat crossing is being held by batches, due to the presence of a large number of Syrian casualties inside Turkish territory, where the bodies of 18 Syrian people have been brought to Syria since yesterday, where the casualties hail from Al-Raqqa, Manbij and Ain Al-Arab (Kobani).

Yesterday, SOHR activists reported that 12 bodies of Syrian people, who died as a result of the earthquake in Turkey, were brough through Awn Al-Dadat crossing in Manbij countryside from Turkey to Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) city, three of which hail from Manbij city including two brothers, six hail from Al-Raqqa and the others from Ain Al-Arab (Kobani).
