Over the rubbles | Residents in basniyah village protest in idlib following absence of aids

Idlib province: Dozens of residents of Basniyah village in Idlib countryside gathered to protest over the rubbles of the collapsed houses due to the earthquake, after the humanitarian aids from nations did not arrive to affected areas in north western of Syria, where the protestors raised banners that read “100,000 families were affected by the earthquake and have not even received a grain of bread from the UN.”

It is worth noting that hundreds of families became homeless, due to the catastrophic earthquake that hit Syrian areas, while the aids did not reach these areas.

Earlier today, SOHR activists reported seeing tens of residents gathering at Bab Al-Salama crossing on the Syria-Turkey border, where they staged a vigil, in which they appealed to international and regional powers to deliver assistance to areas affected by the devastating earthquake. The residents also called for sending relief and rescue teams, especially since hundreds of families have been still stranded under rubble for the 4th consecutive day.
