Shells target the towns of al- Fu’ah and Kefrayya after 3 days of cease-fire

Several shells landed on the two towns of al- Fu’ah and Kefrayya inhabited by Shiites, it is unknown if it is a breakdown in the cease-fire agreement in the two towns that has continued since Wednesday morning coincided with a cease-fire in al- Zabadani. Meanwhile,  negotiations took places between Iranian delegations and Hezbollah from one side and the Islamist factions fighters and local militiamen from the other, where it has been agreed on convoying the fighters of Islamist factions and the local militiamen from al- Zabadani to areas in the north of Syria for convoying the people of al- Fu’ah and Kefrayya to areas in Damascus and its countryside. The negotiations also continue for the rebel detainees in the regime jails, where it is supposed that the regime forces is going to release 1000 maximum while the factions demanded the releasing of 20000 detainees.
