Idlib | Head of General Administration of IS-IS targeted by an International Coalition strike

SOHR activists have revealed the identity of one of the victims of the attack by an armed drone of the International Coalition in Idlib.

According to reliable SOHR sources, Abd Al-Raoof Al-Mohajer, who is known as “Aby Sara Al-Iraqi” is an Iraqi Emir of ISIS, was killed by the attack along with his companions on February 24, near Mashhad Rohin town on the road between Deir Hassan and Qah northern of Idlib.

Abo Sara is the head of the General Administration of ISIS and was one of the leaders of “Horas Al-Deen” organization, and is considered the mastermind of ISIS.

Meanwhile, the identity of the second Iraqi victim remains unknown.

SOHR activists have documented the death of a second jihadist in the attack committed by an International Coalition drone on a motorbike on Qah Mashhad Rohin rod in Idlib countryside near borders between Syria and Turkey.

This came hours after HTS arrested seven foreign jihadists in Idlib countryside, by orders of the Turkish Intelligence.
