New assa-ssination | Civilian of special needs kil-led in H*T*S-held areas in Idlib

Idlib province: A civilian of special needs was shot dead in Darkosh area in western Idlib countryside, where it was revealed that he was shot several times from a short distance.

This comes in light of the security chaos in HTS-held areas despite the strength of HTS’ security service.

Accordingly, SOHR activists have documented 13 incidents of security disorder in areas held by HTS and factions in Idlib and the surrounding countryside since 2023, which left 13 people dead, and they are as follows:

• Nine civilians, including a woman and a child.

• One HTS fighter.

• Three unidentified people.
