Ceasefire violations | HTS attack regime positions in Idlib countryside, while regime forces shell villages in Idlib and Hama countryside

SOHR sources have reported that violent clashes erupted between regime forces and special forces of the HTS-backed “Liwaa Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq” following an infiltration operation by “Liwaa Abu Bakr Al-Siddiq” into regime positions on Al-Fataterah frontline in the southern countryside of Idlib. However, no casualties have been reported so far.

 

On the other hand, regime forces fired tens of artillery shells on nine villages in the Idlib and Hama countryside; they are as follows: Al-Faterah, Al-Haloubah, Fulayfel and Sfuhen in Jabal Al-Zawiyah in Idlib countryside, Al-Ankawi, Al-Sarmaniyah, Al-Qahera, Al-Qarqour and Kherbet Al-Namous in Sahl Al-Ghab in north-western Hama.

 

It is worth noting that the “de-escalation zone” experiences frequent gunfire, infiltration operations and exchange of bombardment between regime forces and opposition factions.
