On tribal surety | SDF release 19 persons from Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SDF released today, 19 persons accused for dealing with “ISIS”, when no evidence of their perpetration of massacres was proven after being investigated, and they were released on a tribal surety.
It is noted that the released persons are from western countryside of Deir Ezzor, and were arrested by SDF in several operations.
On February 19, SOHR reported that the International Coalition forces released a young man after he was released for nearly a month by an airdrop operation by an SDF patrol supported by the International Coalition, where he was arrested from inside his house in Al-Shahil city in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside. He was released after being investigated and the charges were dropped.
