After weeks of alarming calm | Turkish forces she*ll Al-Hasakah countryside

Al-Hasakah province: Turkish forces have shelled an SDF position in Sarmasakh village in Al-Malkiya countryside north eastern of Al-Hasakah, causing material damages only.

The shelling comes in light of the alarming calm in SDF-held areas in northern and eastern of Syria that has prevailed for weeks.

Turkish forces and their proxies target civilians and combatants of SDF near Turkish-held areas on the frontlines from Al-Hasakah in the east all the way to Aleppo countryside in the west.

On February 27, a female shepherd was injured in her foot with a gunshot fired by the Turkish forces and their proxy in the outskirts of Al-Dardarah village in Tel Tamer countryside north-west of Al-Hasakah.
