Having returned recently to Al-Raqqah city | Young man killed by ex-ISIS member

Al-Raqqah province: A 24-year-old man from Aleppo countryside was killed by one of his relatives who is an ex-member in “ISIS” in Al-Meshleb neighbourhood east of Al-Raqqah within SDF-held areas, after having recently returned from Turkey to Al-Raqqah city, where the killer used a “razor blade” to kill the young man, before fleeing to an unknown destination.
