Rif Dimashq province: Members of the 4th Division stormed the house of a person in Midaya town in Al-Zibdany area in Rif Dimashq and robbed 500,000,000 Syrian Liras from his house, where the family of the house is considered of the rich class, amid reports of the deployment of members of the 4th Division in checkpoints and patrols in the region.

Members of the 4th Division keep committing violations against the civilians in their areas, where in Homs, residents accused commanders of the 4th Division and Lebanese Hezbollah militia of being responsible for the poverty in the region during the past few years by controlling the entry of foodstuff from Lebanon to Syria, which is suitable with their interests to pursue the smugglers that do not belong to the 4th Division, where merchants control the prices in return of paying huge amounts of money to the 4th Division that works with Hezbollah that has control over the areas on borders between Lebanon and Syria.
