Including a “colonel” | A group of members of the Republic Guards goes missing in Deir Ezzor desert

Deir Ezzor province: Five members of the Republic Guards, including an officer ranked as “colonel”, along with members of Luwaa Al-Qods have been missing since yesterday, on Shalish area in the centre of the desert that is 15 kilometres away from the 137th Brigade, while they were searching for “truffle.”

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that gunmen on motorcycles, believed to be of ISIS cells, attacked a military post of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps on the road to Al-Ward oil field in Al-Salihiyah desert, near Al-Bokamal city in eastern Deir Ezzor. However, no casualties were reported.
