4 IS killed by clashes against regime forces around Tadmur

Homs province: Shells fired by regime forces fell on al-Waer neighborhood amid targeting al-Saan al-Aswad with artillery. 4 IS were killed by clashes against the regime around Tadmur city in the eastern countryside.
