Joint security operation between “SDF” and “International Coalition” | Leader of “ISIS” cell arrested in eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor
Deir Ezzor province: Special units of the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) carried out an airdrop operation with the participation of the “International Coalition” forces on April 27, in Mozan village in Al-Baghoz town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor, and arrested the leader of an “ISIS” cell during the operation, where he was taken to a security centre.
It is noted that the leader is a member in a Komin of the local council of Al-Baghoz council in Deir Ezzor countryside.
This comes within the framework of “SDF” and the “International Coalition” forces continuing to pursue the remnants of “ISIS” in north-east of Syria.
Yesterday, SOHR reported that units of SDF’s Anti-Terrorism stormed Sarin town in Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) countryside in search for ISIS cells, and arrested three ISIS cells who are hiding among civilians
