After three days | Civilian from Al-Rukban camp di*es after being released from prison of Syrian Free Army

A 66 years-old civilian died days after being released, where he was arrested for three days in Al-Tanf base in the 55 kilometre de-escalation zone.

The civilian lived in Al-Rukban camp, where he was arrested by the police of the camp and tortured inside the prison by members of the Syrian Free Army, which operates in Al-Tanf area and is supported by the International Coalition.

Moreover, the civilian is accused of “dealing narcotic pills among young people”, and he was released due to his old age and was taken to Sham Medical Clinic before dying, where some sources pointed out that he died due to overdosing narcotic materials, while the medical sources have not identified the reasons behind his death yet.
