Imposing royalties | Regime’s 4th Division monopolizes trades from and to Deir Ezzor

The regime’s 4th Division imposed royalties on people transporting different materials from Damascus and other Syrian provinces.

According to reliable SOHR sources, checkpoints of the 4th Division do not exclude anyone either civilians or combatants, where the members monopolize operations of transporting and exchanging goods on cars and military buses.
