Death toll update | Six people including journalist of “Sama Chanel” and Mostafa “Al-Kasim” kil-led in explo-sion in Daraa Al-Balad

Daraa province: Death toll of the explosion of IED in Al-Shiyah area in Daraa Al-Balad in Daraa city today afternoon, increased to six; Mostafa Al-Musalimah aka Al-Kasim, journalist of regime affiliated Sama Channel and four members of military security forces. The death toll is likely to increase due to the presence of injured people, some of whom are in critical condition.
On a related context, a regime soldier was shot dead by unknown gunmen in Al-Sanamen city in the northern countryside of Daraa.
Since early 2023, the number of attacks documented by SOHR in Daraa province has risen to 331, which left 266 people dead; and they are as follows:
• 85 civilians, including five children and six women.
• 23 men accused of “involving in drug business.”
• 123 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.
• 16 former fighters who did not join any military formation, after striking reconciliation deals.
• Nine ISIS members.
• Six ex-combatants with settled-status working for regime services and backed militias.
• Two people working for the Lebanese Hezbollah, including a commander.
• One “collaborator” with Iranian-backed militias.
• An ex-fighter in the former “Jabhat Al-Nusra.”
