Until implementing demands | Civil disobedience continues in 11 towns and villages in Al-Suwaidaa countryside for third consecutive day

Al-Suwaidaa province: protests and peaceful strikes are continuing in different areas in Al-Suwaidaa for the third consecutive day, protesting against the economic collapse in the country and the deterioration of the living condition, demanding the overthrow of the Syrian regime, the departure of the head of the regime, the return of the life to normal and living in dignity.
On this context, villages and towns of Baka, Mardek, Majadel, Salah, Al-Reha, Samiea, Al-Mujemir, Arman, Al-Qariyah and Harran in Al-Suwaidaa countryside witnessed morning protests, confirming the continuity of the general strike until the implementation of the demands, amid blocking of main roads with burning rubber tires.
Qamisa village in the eastern countryside of Al-Suwaidaa witnessed a general strike and closure of the municipal building and main roads.
Yesterday, SOHR reported that hundreds in Al-Suwaidaa city staged a protesting demonstration in “Al-Seer” square in the centre of Al-Suwaidaa city, lifting slogans call for freedom and departure of the head of the regime, where the demonstrators chanted “Leave O Bashar”, “The Syrian people are one” and “We want the detainees”. They also denounced the policy of the regime’s government which ignores the demands of the civilians to improve the living conditions after the huge collapse of the economic conditions, and demanded the implementation of the project of the decentralized administration as a solution to end the suffering of the Syrians, while many civilians staged another demonstration in Al-Sorah village in the northern countryside of Al-Suwaidaa, coinciding with the closure of the municipal building by the demonstrators.
