Al-Hasakah | Person kil*led in an attack by Turkish drone on car of journalists in areas of Autonomous Administration

Al-Hasakah province: A Turkish drone targeted a car carrying journalists near Mazar Shaikh Jabr Village on Ali Faro Road between Al-Hasakah and Al-Qamishly Cities within areas of the Autonomous Administration in Al-Hasakah countryside, killing one person and injuring another.

Accordingly, the number of attacks carried out by Turkish drones on areas controlled by the Autonomous Administration in north and north-east Syria since early 2023 has increased to 37. These attacks left 54 fatalities: 12 civilians, including a child and two women, 39 military personnel and three regime soldiers, as well as the injury of over 50 others. Turkish drone attacks in 2023 are distributed regionally as follows:
• Al-Hasakah: 18 attacks left nine civilians, including three women and a child, and 23 military personnel dead and others injured.
• Al-Raqqah: Two attacks.
• Aleppo countryside: 17 attacks left 16 combatants including three of units of protecting Kurdish people, three regime soldiers and three civilians dead.
