About 40 fighters of the rebel and Islamist factions killed around the city of Marea

Aleppo Province:

Several shells, launched by the rebel factions, landed on the regime-held areas in the neighborhood of al- Shrafiyya and on other places in the neighborhood of New Siryan causing material damages.

 

IS detonated houses owned by fighters of the rebel and Islamist factions in the village of Harbel near the city of Marea in the north of Aleppo.

 

IS targeted YPG positions in the south of the town of Serrin, information reported casualties on YPG ranks.

 

Sporadic clashes took place between the regime forces, backed by NDF and Hezbollah, against the Nusra Front, rebel and Islamic battalions in the neighborhood of al- Ramosah in west of Aleppo.

 

The number of IS militants who were killed in the clashes with the rebel and Islamist factions around the city of Marea and due to airstrikes carried out by US-led coalition warplanes has risen to 19, one of them blew himself up, information reported the death of other 5 militants. The clashes also resulted in the death of 20 fighters of the rebel and Islamist factions.
