Aleppo | Turkish forces shell two villages in Ain Al-Arab countryside
Aleppo province: Turkish forces and their proxies shelled Zor Al-Maghar and Al-Sheioukh villages in Ain Al-Arab\Kobani countryside in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, within SDF-held areas. No causalities were reported.
In response, SDF targeted the outskirts of Jarablus city in the eastern countryside of Aleppo, within “Euphrates Shield” areas which are controlled by Ankara-backed factions.
This comes in light of the ongoing exchanged ground bombardment between SDF on the one hand, and the Turkish forces and their proxies on the other one, as the areas separating both sides is witnessing a remarkable escalation recently.
On August 31, SOHR reported that Turkish forces stationed at a base in Jarablus city targeted, with heavy artillery, Boraz village in western Ain Al-Arab (Kobani) in eastern Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties have been reported.
