The regime forces shell Talbisah, and clashes take place in the north and east of Homs

Homs Province:

The regime forces launched an explosive cylinder on a place in the west of Talbisah city in the north of Homs, accompanied by clashes between Jabhat al- Nusra, the rebel and Islamist factions against the regime forces and allied militiamen in the south of the city, the clashes between IS and the regime forces are still taking place around Jazal oilfield in the east of Homs.
