14 fighters of Islamist factions killed in the north of Aleppo after the death of about 50 rebels and IS militants around Marea city

Aleppo Province:

IS could repel an attack launched by the rebel and Islamist factions yesterday on the village of Harbel near the city of Marea in the north of Aleppo, where the rebels have tried to retake the village seized by IS days ago, the clashes resulted in the death of at least 14 rebels, some of bodies with IS, where most of them killed due to explosion of a mine in their car around the village, certain information about casualties on IS ranks too. In addition to, about 20 fighters from the rebel and Islamist factions and at least 27 IS militants killed during the attack of IS on the city of Marea 4 days ago.

 

IS executed a man in Tadef area in the northeastern countryside of Aleppo for “insulting God”, where he was beheaded by sword in front of the public.

 

Clashes erupted after midnight between the regime forces, backed by NDF, against the rebel and Islamist factions on the outskirts of the neighborhood of Bani Zeid and in al- Khakdiyya neighborhood, accompanied by shelling by the rebels on the regime-held areas in the neighborhood of al- Andalos, Masaken al- Sabil and Tishreen Street. Other clashes took place after midnight between Jabhat al- Nusra and the rebel and Islamic battalions against the regime forces supported by NDF, al Quds al Filastini Brigade, Hezbollah and Shia fighters from Iran and Afghanistan in the two areas of al- Brej and Manasher al- Sheikh Najjar in the northeastern entrance and around the villages of Hanadarat and Bashkoy in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

 

3 civilians, including an old man, killed due to shelling by the regime forces on the neighborhood of al- Ferdos in the city of Aleppo.
