New massacre | 14 civilians killed and injured due to Russian airstrikes targeting camp for displaced people in western countryside of Idlib

Six civilians, including a woman and two of her children, were killed and eight others were injured due to two airstrikes carried out by the Russian warplanes targeting a camp for displaced people on the outskirts of Al-Hamamah village in Jesr Al-Shughour countryside west of Idlib. A third airstrike was also carried out targeting Ain Shib village west of Idlib city, amid the continued flight of Russian reconnaissance aircrafts and warplanes over the region.
Yesterday, SOHR reported that a regime soldier was shot dead by a sniper of “Al-Fath Al-Mubin” operations room on the frontline of Tel Rashw in northern Latakia countryside.
Similarly, pro-Turkey factions fired mortar shells targeting regime positions on the frontlines of Al-Jub Al-Ahmar and Kabanah in northern Latakia countryside, in response to the massacre committed by regime forces in Qarqour village in western Hama countryside.
Meanwhile, Russian warplanes executed five airstrikes on a mountainous area in Kabana hills in Latakia countryside
Accordingly, the number of civilians and combatants who have been killed in Russian airstrikes on different positions in the “de-escalation” zone in 2023, precisely since June 24, has risen to 60. In addition, those airstrikes left over 103 people injured.
The fatalities are distributed as follows:
– 26 civilians, including two women and two children, two children of whom were of the families of “Turkistan Islamic Party” members, were killed in airstrikes on Idlib.
– 34 members of jihadist groups, including 17 HTS members, were killed in airstrikes on Idlib
