After having insulted woman | Officer of 4th Division beaten by young men from Al-Bosaraya tribe in western Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources have reported that several young men from Al-Bosaraya tribe have beaten a captain of the 4th Division, after the captain had insulted a woman at a checkpoint in Al-Beghayliyah village which is controlled by regime forces and Iranian-backed militias in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor. The officer was taken to the military hospital.

 

On October 17, SOHR sources reported that armed clashes erupted between the members of the 4th Division and members of  the Palestinian “Liwaa Al-Quds” near regime forces Al-Salamah checkpoint in western Deir Ezzor countryside, after members of the 4th Division had imposed levies on a cargo truck belonging to the “Liwaa Al-Quds” carrying smuggled goods, but they refused to pay the levies, which led to verbal altercation evolved to the use of weapons.
