After killing and injuring more than 20 members | NDF end military training to begin combing operation in Deir Ezzor desert

Deir Ezzor province: Regime forces completed military training for 100 members of the National Defence within the 137th Brigade, who were trained on heavy weapons and cannons, where explosions were heard during the past hours in the southern desert in Deir Ezzor as a result of the training.
Members of the National Defence are preparing to begin a combing operation in Deir Ezzor desert, searching for “ISIS” members, who are hiding in positions and caves within the desert.
The Syrian desert is witnessing an escalation in “ISIS” attacks by planting mines, launching sudden attacks against regime forces’ positions, and clashing with them.
The last attack by “ISIS” was on November 26, by planting a mine, which resulted in the causalities in the ranks of NDF, as SOHR reported that the death toll of “National Defence” members increased to eight, in an infinite toll, after a member died of wounds he sustained yesterday, in the explosion of a landmine planted by “ISIS” in Al-Shujairi village in Al-Masrab district in the western desert of Deir Ezzor, within areas controlled by regime forces and militias loyal to them.
The death toll is likely to increase, due to the presence of 14 injured members of the National Defence, some of whom are in a critical condition.
