IS*IS ambush | Six members of Iran-backed militias kil*led on road between Palmyra and Homs

Members of Iran-backed militias were killed and others were injured and taken to Palmyra Hospital.

According to reliable SOHR sources, ISIS cells detonated an IED during the passage of a military vehicle on the road between Palmyra and Homs, where six people were killed and several others were injured.

Yesterday, ISIS cells launched a sneak attack with heavy weapons on positions of the National Defence militia in the western countryside of Deir Ezzor Desert. However, no casualties were reported.

The Syrian desert Is witnessing an escalation in “ISIS” attacks by planting mines, launching sudden attacks against regime forces’ positions, and clashing with them.

On December 1, Russian warplanes shelled areas of ISIS in the Syrian Desert, where several airstrikes were launched on Maghr, Awkar and areas believed to shelter ISIS cells. However, no casualties were reported.

National Defence Forces brought in a new military reinforcement of 30 military vehicles to western Deir Ezzor countryside to being a combing operation in the western desert in Ezzor countryside.
The convoy escorted by a large number of National Defense Forces to participate in the combing operation.
This came after regime forces had finished training for 100 members of National Defense Forces to be prepared for the combing operation.
