Following quarrel | Young man stabbed to death with white weapon in Daraa Al-Balad

Daraa province: A young man was stabbed to death with a white weapon “Knife”, following verbal altercations and a quarrel between a group of young men, which evolved to a fight, in Daraa Al-Balad.
This comes in light of the ongoing security chaos in Daraa.
The Syrian Observatory has documented 198 murders in regime-controlled areas since early 2023, where domestic violence and armed robberies were behind some of these murders, while motives behind the others remained unknown. These murder crimes left 226 fatalities: 51 women, 155 young and adult men and 23 children. The fatalities are distributed regionally as follows:

• Rif Dimashq: 31 murder crimes left five women, four children and 24 men dead.

• Latakia: 21 murder crimes left nine men, 12 women and six children dead.

• Al-Suwaidaa: 29 murder crimes left three children, 23 men and four women dead.

• Homs: 18 murder crimes left 14 men, four women and a child dead

• Hama: 22 murder crimes left a child, three women and 20 men dead.

• Daraa: 28 murder crimes left 28 men and eight women dead.

• Damascus: 13 murder crimes left four women, a child and eight men dead.

• Aleppo: 13 murder crimes left six men, three children and six women dead.

• Deir Ezzor: 17 murders crimes left two children, two women and 16 men dead.

• Al-Hasakah: Two murder crime left one woman and one man dead.

• Al-Qunaitrah: One murder crime left one young man dead.

• Tartus: Four murder crimes left two women, a little girl and a man dead.

• Idlib: One murder crime left five civilians dead.
