Death toll update | 16 members of regime forces and HTS killed in infiltration operation in western countryside of Aleppo

Today morning, the death toll of regime forces and gunmen loyal to them of Syrian and non-Syrian nationalities, increased to 11, following an infiltration operation carried out by members of HTS, on “oil factory” in the frontline of Orum Al-Sughra, west of Aleppo.
HTS used drones in its attack, some of which were shot down by regime forces in the western countryside of Aleppo.

Accordingly, the death toll from regime forces and HTS in the same operation increased to 16, in an infinite toll.
SOHR documented the killing of the infiltration group, who were five members of HTS, as a result of the aforementioned operation, and members were also injured in the ground bombardment that the area was subjected to.
Since early 2023, SOHR has documented 430 operations in the “de-escalation zone,” including attacks, gunfire by snipers and bombardment, which left 630 combatants and civilians dead. In addition, these operations left over 265 combatants and 210 civilians, including 25 women and 46 children, injured.
The fatalities can be distributed as follows:
108 civilians, including 14 women, 43 children, a civil defence member and a nurse, were killed by regime forces.
389 members of regime forces, including 27 officers.
An Afghan militiaman of “Liwaa Fatemiyoun.”
A member of the Syrian Hezbollah.
97 members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham, including a French jihadist.
14 members of the jihadist faction of “Ansar Al-Tawhid.”
One member of “Ahrar Al-Sham” movement.
Two members of “Al-Sham Corps.”
One member of “Hurras Al-Din” organisation.
The Commander-in-chief of Russian Special Tasks Forces.
A militiaman of the Iranian-backed “Liwaa Al-Baqer.”
A member of “Soqour Al-Sham.”
Six members of the “National Liberation Front.”
