After defecting and fleeing | H*T*S members attack “Abo Ahmad Zakur” in A’zaz City

Groups of HTS attacked the house of Abo Ahmad Zakur, who is defected from HTS, in A’zaz City in northern Aleppo countryside within “Euphrates Shield” areas, to arrest him along with a defected security group.

On the same context, clashes erupted near Al-Sa’a Square and Al-Qala’a area in A’zaz, amid exchanged shelling between groups of HTS that entered “Euphrates Shield” area and groups of Abo Ahmad Zakur of Al-Bakara Tribe, causing the injury of six civilians including some severe injuries.

Meanwhile, military forces including those of Al-Jabha Al-Shamiya and of Asifat Al-Shamal (Northern Storm) mobilized in A’zaz, under orders of the Turkish forces, while most roads that lead to A’zaz City were cut.

Large convoys of Al-Bakara Tribe were brought from Al-Bab, Jarablus and Afrin Cities towards A’zaz City to support Abo Ahmad Zakur.

It is worth noting that Abo Ahmad Zakur was a high-ranking commander of HTS and was affiliated to “Al-Golany” and affiliated to the movement of “Abo Mariyah Al-Qahtany”, where he left Idlib a few days ago.
