ISIS resurgence | Two members of SDF shot dead in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: Two members of SDF were shot dead by gunmen of ISIS cells on a motorcycle in Abu Hardoob town in eastern Deir Ezzor countryside, then they fled to an unknown destination.
It is worth noting that the two members were in a shop in the town, where their weapons were taken.

SOHR has documented 20 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2024. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left nine fatalities:

• Seven members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.

• One ISIS member.

• One civilian.

These operations are distributed regionally as follows:

• Deir Ezzor: 15 attacks left five combatants and one civilian dead.

• Al-Hasakah: Two attacks left two combatants dead.

• Al-Raqqah: Two attacks left two combatants dead.

• Aleppo: One attack left one ISIS member dead.
