After having been arrested while attempting to cross border strip | Turkish Jandarma move seven civilians, including four women, to Turkish territory

Al-Hasakah province: Turkish border guards “Jandarma” moved four women and three young men of seekers of safe haven to Mardeen area in Turkey for unknown reasons after they had crossed Syria-Turkey border from Al-Hasakah countryside yesterday.

It is worth noting that the people who have been moved to Mardeen area in Turkey aged between 18 and 27.
Yesterday, SOHR sources have reported that more than 70 people including women and elderly crossed the Syria-Turkey border through routes used for smuggling in Al-Derbasiyah countryside in northern Al-Hasakah, taking advantage of foggy weather, in order to reach Europe.
On the other hand, Turkish border guards “Jandarma” arrested several seekers of safe haven, while their fate remains unknown.
