Carrying military and logistical supplies | Four trucks of Iranian-backed militias head from Iraq to Homs through Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: SOHR sources have reported that a military convoy of Iranian-backed militias crossed from Iraq into Syria, via the unofficial crossing of Al-Sekak.

According to SOHR sources, the convoy, which comprised four trucks carrying military and logistical supplies, stopped at military headquarters of Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps near the entrance of Al-Tamu neighbourhood in Al-Mayadeen city, before it headed to Homs city this dawn.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that three explosions were heard in Al-Mayadeen City in Deir Ezzor countryside, after US forces stationed in the US base eastern of Deir Ezzor fired missiles on military checkpoints of Iran-backed militias in the vicinity of Al-Mayadeen City and Ain Ali Shrine, where these positions are considered major checkpoints of these militias, coinciding with the flight of warplanes over the region.
