Al-Suwaidaa | Protesters from Jabal Al-Arab remove posters of Bashar Al-Assad from several centres

Al-Suwaidaa province: Dozens of people from Jabal Al-Arab in Al-Suwaidaa removed posters of Bashar Al-Assad from Water and Sanitation Foundation, Al-Suwaidaa branch and the entrance of the public park, protesting the poor water situation in the region, along with the issuance of a statement on behalf of the peaceful uprising in Al-Suwaidaa.

The protesters roamed the streets of Al-Suwaidaa, chanting slogans against the regime’s government and confirming their legitimate demands, including the implementation of International Resolutions, applying political transition, amending the constitution, reinforcing the concept of decentralization, releasing detainees, and improving the living and service conditions in the country.

Yesterday, SOHR sources reported that dozens gathered in Al-Karamah square in Al-Suwaidaa city, in light of the continuation of daily demonstrations against the head of the regime, demanding freedom, justice, amending the country’s constitution, releasing detainees, and implementing International Resolution 2254. They lifted placards with slogans that read: “This is what they did in front of the cameras. Never mind what happened in the dark basements”, “Crimes of the sectarian Syrian regime.”
