Military escalation | One civilian kil*led and two others injured under ground shelling on village near “M5” Road

A woman was killed, while another woman and a young man of one family were injured under shelling with missiles by the regime forces on Afis Village near the “M5” Road in Idlib countryside.

Moreover, regime forces fired artillery shells on the frontline of Kafr Nouran Village in western Aleppo countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

Since early 2024, SOHR has documented 62 operations in the “de-escalation zone,” including attacks, gunfire by snipers and bombardment, which left 65 combatants and civilians dead. In addition, these operations left over 23 combatants and 41 civilians, including four children, injured.
The fatalities can be distributed as follows:
– Ten civilians, including four children.
– 35 members of regime forces, including an officer.
– 15 members of Hayyaat Tahrir Al-Sham.
– Four members of Ansar Al-Isalm
– One members of Jaysh Al-Nasir
