To comb | Iranian militias send Syrian fighters to Syrian Desert and keep non-Syrian members in military checkpoints

Deir Ezzor province: The Iranian militias replaced guards in the Iranian security centres and military checkpoints of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards with Iranian and Afghani members in Deir Ezzor City and its countryside, after bringing nearly 130 members through the border gates in Al-Bokamal City on borders between Syria and Iraq.

In return, Iranian militias sent Syrian members of the Iranian Revolutionary Guards and the Lebanese Hezbollah in a mission to the southern desert of Deir Ezzor on the road of Al-Taim Oil Field, Al-Moraba’at and Ibn Muwainaa Valley, to comb the mentioned areas following the latest attacks by ISIS cells against positions of the regime and their militias in the Syrian Desert.

Earlier today, Al-Mayadeen city, which is controlled by the regime forces and Iranian militias, witnessed a security alert by the regime forces and the “National Defence” militia, coinciding with the erection of several checkpoints in the neighbourhoods of the city, after a member of the “National Defence” militia was shot dead yesterday evening by ISIS cells in the centre of the city.
