Amid flight by Russian fighter jets | Turkish forces and their proxies shell positions in three villages in Aleppo countryside

Aleppo province: Turkish forces and their proxy factions fired artillery shells on positions in Al-Nayrabiyah, Sha’alah and Sad Al-Shahbaa villages where Kurdish and regime forces are deployed in the northern countryside of Aleppo.

This coincided with the flight of Russian fighter jets over the region.

On February 21, SOHR sources reported that violent armed clashes erupted with light and medium weapons between Kurdish and regime forces on one hand and Al-Hamza and Al-Amshat Divisions on the other hand, on Anab frontline in Shiran district in Afrin countryside. However, no casualties were reported.

A day earlier, Turkish forces and their proxies fired heavy artillery shells on Samouqa and Al-Sha’ala Villages in areas of Kurdish and regime forces in Aleppo countryside. However, the extent of damages was not reported.
