The “Islamic State” prevent “internet systems” at “al-Bokamal section”

The activists of the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights were able to get the picture of a circular published by the “Islamic State”, for all Internet users and owners of the Internet Café in “al-Bokamal section” at “Euphrates state” and said:

“It is strictly forbidden to run any Internet system or publisher (Wi-Fi) starting from the morning of 6 / Thu al-Hijjah / 1436 H, corresponding to 19th / September / 2015 until further notice, and at any place within the sector of al-Bokamal, The circular also said:

 

Also this circular includes all internet users from:

 

– The halls of all kinds.

 

– All currency exchange offices.

 

– Restaurants and gas stations.

 

– Houses and private systems.

 

– Traders offices of all kinds.

 

– Shops, industrial shops and medical supplies.

 

And the circular warned everyone who has any internet connection inside his home or his office or any particular place that he is “causing himself tough punishment”
