Security chaos | Two people injured in family clashes in western Daraa countryside

Daraa province: Two civilian brothers were injured in quarrels with other young men of another family, due to disputes caused by the entry of a herd of livestock into an agricultural land in Kharab Al-Shahm Village in western Daraa countryside, where clashes erupted with machineguns and grenades amid security tension, while a house was set on fire in the village.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 52 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 65 people dead; and they are as follows:

 

Nine civilians, including two women and three children.

26 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.

Four men accused of “involving in drug business.”

Two members of the Russian-backed 8th Brigade.

12 ISIS members, including a commander.

Ten members of local factions.

A regime dissident colonel.

One unidentified person.
