For “practicing sorcery” | IS*IS cells ki*ll a woman in Deir Ezzor countryside

Deir Ezzor province: A woman died affected by the wounds she sustained after being directly shot inside her house in Al-Jarzy Town eastern of Deir Ezzor by ISIS gunmen yesterday, where she is accused of “practicing sorcery”, meanwhile her husband was also injured in the attack.

SOHR has documented 56 operations carried out by ISIS, including armed attacks and explosions, in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration since early 2024. According to SOHR statistics, these operations left 28 fatalities:
• 15 members of SDF, the Internal Security Forces (Asayish) and other military formations operating in areas under the control of the Autonomous Administration.
• Three ISIS member.
• Five civilians.
• Four guards working with the Autonomous Administration.

These operations are distributed regionally as follows:

• Deir Ezzor: 45 attacks left ten combatants, one member of ISIS and four civilians dead.

• Al-Hasakah: Six attacks left three combatants, one civilian and two ISIS members dead.

• Al-Raqqah: Five attacks left three combatants and four guards working with the Autonomous Administration dead.
