Deir Ezzor | Local gunmen sneak into SDF military posts in western countryside

Deir Ezzor province: Local gunmen have sneaked into military posts of Syrian Democratic Forces near Euphrates river in Jazarat Al-Milaj town in western Deir Ezzor, along with attacks by machineguns on the same posts. Meanwhile, SDF sent military reinforcement from Jazarat Al-Boshams to the conflict zone. However, no casualties have been reported.

 

Earlier today, SOHR sources reported that local gunmen targeted military posts of SDF near the bank of the Euphrates River in Abu Hardoub town in the eastern countryside of Deir Ezzor in the early hours of Thursday morning, with RPG shells and machineguns, while SDF responded to the fire. However, no causalities were reported.

 

On March 8, SOHR reported that clashes erupted between SDF and local gunmen following an attack by the local gunmen on security checkpoints of SDF in Al-Zarr town near Al-Busayrah city in eastern Deir Ezzor. However, no casualties have been reported.
