Raising combat readiness | “International Coalition” Forces conduct military exercises in Al-Tanf area

Violent explosions were heard due to military exercises carried out by “International Coalition” Forces in Al-Tanf Base in the 55 kilometre de-escalation zone at the junction of borders between Syria, Iraq and Jordan, amid extensive flight of helicopters at low altitude.

This comes as part of the attempts to raise combat readiness for the soldiers.

On February 17, SOHR activists monitored intense flights by helicopters of the “International Coalition” forces over the 55-kilometre area, at the border triangle between Syria, Iraq, and Jordan, to monitor and follow movements in the region.
