28 killed by aerial bombardment targeted al-Raqqa city

al-Raqqa province: Rose to 28 including 18 civilians ( 3 children and 4 women ) and 10 IS including non-Syrian IS, the number of people who were killed by 11 airstrikes by regime warplanes targeted the areas of Panorama, Ferdous, al-Sena’a, al-Tawlid hospital, al-Kahraba, and al-Barad in Raqqa city.
