Daraa province: A young man was killed by his cousin in armed clashes between two families in Tel Shehab Town in western Daraa countryside.

This comes in light of the security chaos in regime-held areas.

Accordingly, the number of crimes that took place during Ramadan has risen to 42 in different areas, where 48 civilians including seven women and six children were killed.

The Syrian Observatory has documented 92 murders in regime-controlled areas since early 2024, where domestic violence and armed robberies were behind some of these murders, while motives behind the others remained unknown. These murder crimes left 100 fatalities: five children, 16 women and 79 young and adult men. The fatalities are distributed regionally as follows:

• Daraa: 29 murder crimes left 25 men, two children and seven women dead.

• Al-Suwaidaa: Eight murder crimes left six men a little boy and a woman dead.

• Rif Dimashq: 18 murder crimes left 14 men, two children and four women dead.

• Homs: 11 murder crimes left 11 men dead.

• Hama: Five murder crimes left five men dead.

• Al-Hasakah: Two murder crimes left two men dead.

• Deir Ezzor: Seven murder crimes left six men and a woman dead.

• Damascus: Five murder crimes left two women and three men dead.

• Latakia: Three murder crimes left three men and a woman dead.

• Tartus: Three murder crimes left three men dead.

• Al-Qonaitara: One murder crime left one man dead.
