To control smuggling crossings | Local Iran-backed militias prepare to launch security campaign against regime-backed militias in Deir Ezzor

Deir Ezzor province: Members of the regime-backed Al-Boezz Dein Tribe in Ayash Village are preparing for a security campaign by local Iran-backed militias led by Al-Baqer Brigade that is led by Laith Ragheb Al-Nawaf and his son, after members of Al-Boezz Dein Tribe captured 12 local members of Al-Baqer Brigade and Iranian militias during the clashes that took place earlier today, while residents of Ayash refused reconciliation, amid alarming calm between both sides.

Earlier today, violent clashes with light and medium weapons erupted between groups of National Defense Forces in western Deir Ezzor countryside on one hand, and members of the 4th Division and Al-Baqir Brigade led by Nawaf Al-Bashir on the other, after members of the 4th Division and “Al-Baqir Brigade” had attempt to take control over the crossing of Ayash town, close it and monopolizing fuel smuggling.”
