Security chaos | Non-commissioned officer exe*cuted after being kidnapped in Daraa countryside

Daraa province: Kidnappers executed a non-commissioned officer ranked “first assistant” from Lattakia City two days after kidnapping him, and they dumped his body on the road between Al-Yadouda and Kharab Al-Shahm in Daraa countryside, with no information regarding the identity of the perpetrators yet.

Since early 2024, SOHR activists have documented 90 incidents of security disorder in Daraa province, which left 130 people dead; and they are as follows:
* 38 civilians, including three women and 12 children.
* 34 regime soldiers, members and collaborators with regime security services.
* Five men accused of “involving in drug business.”
* Three members of the Russian-backed 8th
* 12 ISIS members, including a commander.
* 36 members of local factions.
* A regime dissident colonel.
* One unidentified person.
